- NEW Customer Portal:
​  We have a NEW Customer Portal / Dashboard, where customers can manage their storage 24/7.
You can now:
- View your lease and unit information
- See a map of the facility with your unit location
- See all current and past invoices & payments
- Update your contact information and communication preference
- Make payments as well as enroll in automatic payments if desired 
- You can even lease additional units from your portal

- Moving Out:   Are you done with your unit?  Or planning to be soon?

MOVING OUT
 While we do not require 30 days' notice, we do ask for at least a weeks' notice if possible, and then a final call, note, or email when you are completely out. 
  -  Unit must be left UNLOCKED, SWEPT with a broom, and the door SHUT.
   -  If renting in the SOUTH Facility- Gate pass(es) must be returned- there is a drop slip in the office door

 Please note:
- We DO NOT Pro-rate your monthly fees when moving out.  If you leave after the 1st, the full month is due.
 
This is all covered in your copy of the lease. Your lease is available to view on the customer portal if rented after 1/1/25. 
Leases created prior to that are available at the office or can be uploaded to the portal if requested.

- Onsite- Trash and Donation unit:

  Do you have unwanted, but still nice, working items you don't know what to do with? Maybe you don't want to trash them, but don't know what to do with them? 

We have a donation unit!
We call it the "Pay-it-Forward" unit. You can find more information on our Pay it Forward page! 

 - Located near the dumpster- in Building F, Unit F-23 is marked "P-I-F" (Pay it Forward) and left unlocked
 - You are free to put items in or take items out as needed.
 - This unit is for things that are still nice, working, etc. that others may benefit from. 

We also have on-site TRASH-
Dumpster located near the office.  The rules for what NOT to trash- are posted.

 - Do not leave trash outside of the dumpster 
 - No Large items, Tires, Paint, Chemicals, etc. 

 You will be charged a TRASH FEE if unauthorized items are left resulting in us being charged extra from the trash service.
