MOVING OUT
- While we do not require 30 days notice, we do ask for at least a weeks notice and then a final call, note, or email when you are completely out.
- Unit must be SWEPT with a broom and the door shut.
- Please close the door when done and remove your lock.
- If renting in the SOUTH Facility- Gate pass(es) must be returned- there is a drop slip in the office door
Deposits will be returned once we have checked the unit, if all of the above are done.
Please note:
- We DO NOT Pro-rate your monthly fees when moving out.
- If you leave after the 1st, the full month is due.
